Operations Administrator

The Company

Ingenica Solutions is a small organisation with ambitious plans for growth .The Company is focused on changing inventory management and supply chain processes in the acute sector of the NHS, using IT as an enabler. The company has already signed up its first NHS Trusts, with a strong pipeline of additional prospects already engaged, and we have issued our solution to the market.

As Operations administrator for Ingenica, you will provides support to our team of IT consultants, implementation technicians and project managers throughout the UK.

The Position

  • £ Competitive salary
  • Provide all administrative support for the team including preparing team agendas and note taking.
  • Assist in creating, documenting, enhancing and communicating processes within the team.
  • Assist the Resource Manager with maintaining records and checking resource availability.
  • SharePoint administrator /designer for the overall business
  • Order equipment from third-parties for projects and co-ordinating deliveries to the client
  • Order Licences from Third-parties and co-ordinating delivery to the customer
  • Manage inventories for resale items to customer projects
  • Maintenance of customer licence and service pack renewals – liaising with sales and finance
  • Maintenance of the all operation commitment and information sharing with Microsoft Operations staff information
  • Administration of system and tools such as Hydra, CRM, SharePoint and Dynamics NAV as necessary
  • Assisting in producing any management reports for monthly management and board reporting as required and any third party strategic partner reporting
  • SharePoint administrator /designer for the overall business
  • Book accommodation and travel and record holiday and sickness for the team members

You should have experience of providing Office or Operations administrative support to either an IT environment, materials management, business to business sales environment or similar and be good with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and/or Visio. With good communication and organisational skills, you will be a self-starter with strong customer skills.
