Following a stringent judging day, Ingenica Solutions and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust has now been selected as a finalist in the EHI Awards 2015 in the ‘Best use of IT to support healthcare business efficiency’ category.
An awards gala dinner is to be held on Thursday 1st October in London to celebrate all the excellent work undertaken in healthcare IT in the UK, and this is when the winner of the category will also be revealed.
Jackie Pomroy and Nicola Hall attended the Judging Day which took the format of a presentation to a three person judging panel. Here Jackie and Nicola gave a detailed insight into the implementation of a best practice inventory management solution in Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust. Their presentation illustrated the tangible facts, figures and statistics pertinent to support the entry.
Speaking about their latest achievement, Nicola Hall, managing director at Ingenica Solutions said, “For the entire project team, the accolade of being named as a finalist in the EHI Awards is a real honour, and it is wonderful to gain recognition for all the hard work that has been channelled into this project.
