Ingenica Solutions and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust has received confirmation that their joint entry to the EHI Awards 2015 has been shortlisted for the second round of judging for the category ‘Best use of IT to support healthcare business efficiency.’
The award entry detailed the implementation of a best practice inventory management solution in Portsmouth NHS Trust, and focused on how the team has utilised inventory management as core to supply chain improvement, and its GS1 strategy.
EHI Awards is the UK’s only dedicated healthcare IT award, and for Ingenica Solutions, the first GS1 certified inventory management solution in the healthcare market, reaching the second stage is a very exciting prospect.
Project members from both organisations will attend the Judging Day on Wednesday 15th July at the King Power Stadium in Leicester. Here two members of the team will present the award entry to a three person judging panel.
