Ingenica Solutions is a small organisation with ambitious plans for growth. The Company is initially focused on changing inventory management and supply chain processes in the acute sector of the NHS, using IT as an enabler. The company has already signed up a significant number of NHS Trusts, with a strong and growing pipeline of additional prospects already engaged.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director the Business Development Executive has real breadth and a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.   Whilst the role has broad reaching strategic and tactical responsibilities for sales and marketing activities, the business absolutely requires an individual who can personally generate and manage new business discussions, negotiations and proposals within the NHS.

Experience of selling within the NHS is advantageous, however a successful track record of managing long and complex sales cycles, influencing multiple stakeholders and bringing complex deals to a successful conclusion is of real interest, regardless of the type of service being sold.

The Person

The nature of this role requires a special individual with a high degree of intellectual agility. You will be both a high functioning sales lead / deal closer, combined with being a strategic leader managing and driving high performance across the sales and marketing functions for the business.

The ideal candidate will be commercial and customer centric, as well as an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills enabling them to engage, educate and influence at all levels.
