You will report to the Managing Director and display a passion for people; hiring and retaining the best talent for our business as a result. A primary focus will be to manage the talent acquisition and human resources functions for the company; our business is our people, and they are core to our business delivery and our future plans for growth.
This is a highly visible role charged with leading hiring across the entire organisation. You will lead our recruitment activity to attract, recruit, and hire top talent for the business whilst being responsible for establishing new strategies, processes and programs to enable talent acquisition nationally and in the longer term potentially internationally, whilst maintaining existing policies that are already in place.
In addition we would require the individual to oversee the Human Resources function of the business, supporting the management in this role and ensuring that existing staff are monitored and developed in line with our appraisal and competency framework process.
