Adrian Bradshaw, General Manager at Ingenica and Reece Major (Consultant) had the pleasure of supporting The ‘Procurement Fete’ at Musgrove Park Hospital Taunton yesterday (19th July 2018). Those attending (in the hundreds! Included; Governors, Board members, Consultants, Clinicians, Managers and Supporting staff) were able to learn about contract management, buying products and pricing opportunities from standardisation / rationalisation, waste and costs, Scan 4 Safety, GS1 and Inventory management, but in an easy to understand way. The event was well organised and included fun quizzes, competitions and lots of confectionary prizes enabling staff from all areas of the Trust to come and see what the Procurement team did , how they did it and why!
Musgrove Park Hospital organised a truly great event and from feedback seen very enjoyable for those who attended. Well done to all involved in organising and delivering what was an excellent event.
